SE Graduate Student is Named for National Science Foundation (NSF) Fellowship and Best Poster Award

Zhangli Peng was named for a NSF fellowship and the best poster award at the National Science Foundation's "Workshop on the Emerging Applications and Future Directions of the Boundary Element Method," held at the University of Akron on September 1-3, 2010. Peng's poster is titled "Multiscale Modeling of a Red Blood Cell and Simulating Its Fluid-Structure Interaction with Blood Flows by Coupling Finite Element and Boundary Element Methods." Peng's faculty advisor is Prof. Qiang Zhu. Congratulations Zhangli on winning both prestigious awards!

Peng
